When will my order arrive?

  • We are currently taking orders for our March shipment. Orders placed before the cut-off date of February 28th, 2025, will be included in this shipment, which is expected to arrive in Mauritius around mid-March.

How will I know when my order has arrived?

  • You will receive a notification once your order has arrived in Mauritius. We will also notify you when your order has been shipped to you or is ready for collection.

What happens if I place an order after the cut-off date?

  • Orders placed after the cut-off date of 11:59 PM on February 28th, 2025, will still be accepted and processed but will be included in the next shipment (date TBD) instead.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

  • Since we purchase items specifically based on customer orders and do not hold stock, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
