When will my order arrive?

  • We are currently taking orders for our FEBRUARY shipment. Orders placed before the cut-off date - 11:59pm on 30/01/2026, will be included in this shipment, which is expected to arrive in Mauritius around mid Feb.
 

What happens if I place an order after the cut-off date?

  • Orders placed after the cut-off date of 11:59pm on 30/01/2026, will still be accepted and processed but will be included in the next shipment (date TBD) instead.
 

Why has my order not been marked as Paid even though I have paid?

  • We are a small family side business. We try our best to stay on top of all the admin work that is involved. But, due to our busy schedules, do fall behind with updates etc.
  • Please note, if you have paid before the stated deadline, your order WILL be added to the shipment (unless we are unable to match payment to an order), even if we have not had the chance to manually mark your order as paid.
  • Please make sure to add your AVAIL order number to your Juice Payment as that helps us match the payment to the order, failure to do so could delay shipment of your order.
 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

  • Since we purchase items specifically based on customer orders and do not hold stock, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer you either a replacement product or a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
 

How will I know when my order has arrived?

  • You will receive a notification once your order has arrived in Mauritius. We will also notify you when your order has been shipped to you or is ready for collection.
 

Why are some products marked as "Pre-order," and others marked as "Buy now / Add to cart"?

  • Products marked as "Pre-order" need to be shipped from Australia and will take additional time to arrive.
  • Items marked as "Buy now / Add to cart" are already in stock in Mauritius and are available for immediate delivery or pickup.
