When will my order arrive?

  • We are currently taking orders for our AUGUST shipment. Orders placed before the cut-off date - AUG 24th, will be included in this shipment, which is expected to arrive in Mauritius around the end of AUGUST.

 

What happens if I place an order after the cut-off date?

  • Orders placed after the cut-off date - AUG 24th, will still be accepted and processed but will be included in the next shipment (date TBD) instead.

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

  • Since we purchase items specifically based on customer orders and do not hold stock, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

How will I know when my order has arrived?

  • You will receive a notification once your order has arrived in Mauritius. We will also notify you when your order has been shipped to you or is ready for collection.

 

Why are some products marked as "Pre-order," and others marked as "Buy now / Add to cart"?

  • Products marked as "Pre-order" need to be shipped from Australia and will take additional time to arrive. Items marked as "Buy now / Add to cart" are already in stock in Mauritius and are available for immediate delivery or pickup.
